Junior Chamber Orchestra
Junior Chamber Orchestra is a co-curricular activity for any Duxbury Middle School string students interested in learning and performing more music. Students are accepted by audition in late September and should be taking private lessons. They must be a member of the school string program. The Junior Chamber Orchestra rehearses on Thursdays from 2-3 pm and performs in the school concerts.
For the audition students must prepare a piece and the two octave major scales C, G, D, A, F, Bb, & Eb. Bass only one octave scales. Sight reading will also be required for audition.
